SHARE REGISTRARS LIMITED
is a CREST registrar - in 2004 the first new entrant into this market
for a number of years - and has been established to provide a
professional and personal service to clients, advisors, brokers
and to shareholders.
For over six years MSP Secretaries Ltd provided
share registration services to small and medium sized companies
off Crest in its own right and on Crest through its 50% interest
in Melton Registrars Ltd. However, in 2003 following consolidation
in the share registration market MSP Secretaries Ltd formed
Share Registrars Ltd for the provision of such services to its clients. Share Registrars Ltd now has over 200 client companies.
MSP Secretaries Ltd is one of the largest professional
firms of Chartered Secretaries and provides company secretarial,
payroll and other statutory services to well over 1,000 companies.
This connection enables Share Registrars Ltd to provide a professional
service and not just a basic share registration service.
The Chief Executive of Share Registrars Ltd is John
Stuttaford FCIS who has wide experience both as a chartered secretary
in employment and in public practice having qualified in 1961
and been in practice since 1973. He is supported by other professionally
qualified and experienced staff from a wide range of commercial
backgrounds, including Peter Ronayne, Director, David Turtle, Senior Client Manager and Sarah Tapp, Client Manager.
